User Data Deletion

If you connected a Meta account to the Bright Nibble application and want associated application data removed, you can request deletion at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to brightnibble99@gmail.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.

Please include enough information to identify the authorization you want removed, such as the Facebook Page name, Instagram username or other connected account identifier. Do not send passwords, access tokens or other secret credentials.

What we will delete

After validating the request, Bright Nibble will delete or disconnect application data under our control that is associated with the relevant authorization, which may include stored account identifiers, authorization tokens and integration metadata no longer required to provide the service.

Timing

We aim to process valid deletion requests as soon as reasonably practical. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention or the resolution of technical disputes.

Disconnecting directly from Meta

You may also remove an application's access through your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Removing access on Meta may invalidate the authorization used by Bright Nibble.
