1. Who we are
Bright Nibble is a digital content brand that publishes educational short-form content about science, psychology, money and general knowledge. This website and the Bright Nibble social publishing application are operated for the purpose of managing and publishing content to Bright Nibble-owned social media accounts.
2. Information we may process
When Bright Nibble connects to third-party platforms such as Meta services, we may process information made available through those platforms and authorized by the account administrator. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include:
- basic account and profile identifiers;
- Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers;
- access tokens or authorization credentials required to connect the service;
- content and publishing metadata needed to create, upload or manage posts;
- technical information required to operate and troubleshoot the integration.
3. How we use information
Information obtained through Meta APIs or other connected platforms is used only for legitimate application functions, including authentication, connecting Bright Nibble-owned accounts, publishing or managing Bright Nibble content, and maintaining the integration.
Bright Nibble does not sell personal information and does not use platform data for unrelated advertising profiles or data brokerage.
4. Sharing of information
Information may be transmitted to service providers that are necessary to operate the publishing workflow, including hosting providers and authorized social media APIs. We do not intentionally disclose platform data to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
5. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with applicable requirements, resolve technical issues or maintain authorized connections. Authorization credentials may be removed when an integration is disconnected or when deletion is requested.
6. Data deletion
You may request deletion of data associated with an authorization by following the instructions on our Data Deletion page.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect credentials and application data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Third-party platforms
Use of Facebook, Instagram and other third-party services is also subject to the privacy policies and terms of those platforms. Bright Nibble does not control how those services process information outside our application.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the application, connected services or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
